Positive: Ambienti piacevoli, arredati con gusto e vista proprio davanti al Gem. Materassi comodi. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.
Negative: L’alloggio si trova all’interno di un quartiere degradato in una palazzina ancora in fase di costruzione. Non è consigliabile uscire soli la sera. La pulizia dell’ingresso e della cucina era carente. Le finestre non sono insonorizzate e si affacciano in una trada molto trafficata.
